Invest in early intervention to include healthy relationship work in schools and youth services
Lead public health campaigns to help people recognise coercive and controlling behaviours and how to seek support
Review access to domestic abuse services and close gaps, especially for victims who face the additional barrier of rural isolation or isolation within their community
Support work through the Community Safety Partnership to tackle perpetrator behaviour through seeking additional funding from government or grants, not at the expense of victim services
Have a strong policy in place to support our staff who are victims of domestic abuse or violence and deal robustly with employees who are perpetrators
